Refund policy

At [NEEMA DIANA], every piece is crafted with intention and care. To maintain our standards of quality and fairness, please review our policy carefully.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Refunds are only accepted for items that arrive  in different size or colour . Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact.

We do not offer refunds for sale items or made-to-order pieces, or for change-of-mind purchases.

Exchanges are available only for size or color, subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error occurred on our side.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 Business days via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
